Starting in 1997, I began a journey of leveraging technology and data in new ways to advance business capabilities.

From database marketing to working for a SAAS company to cloud, I have seen the evolution of technology over a long horizon which gives me an unique perspective of how AI will impact SMB businesses.  It is not as scary as you might think. I believe that AI adopters now are going to gain an early advantage in their markets because of the speed of evolution we are seeing.
